Shabby chic

In this project we enhanced the architecture of townhouse:
Designed third floor and remade stairs, which allowed us to enlarge room area from 86 to 103 square meters.
Added wooden terrace 38 square meters with open fire area and canopy.
Glazed balcony and vestibule.
Designed, approved with developer and implemented a real wood-burning fireplace with a chimney.
Expanded windows in bathroom and added roof windows for third floor.
Made custom-made furniture and paintings on kitchen apron and stained glass paintings on bathroom window.

In styling we mixed French country house look with comfortable American life habits.
